Our Curriculum
Program
Our main curriculum framework blends educational programs from the U.S., Great Britain, Singapore, and Switzerland designed for English language learners. It is thematic, standard-based, and it is aligned with the process model – an open-ended approach that focuses on the results, the process, and the pace of individual learning.
In addition to the English-language based International Program, the Dual Language Program is introduced in the preparatory levels of K5 and K6. It incorporates studies in Bulgarian language according to the national educational standards regulated by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education in the main subject areas.
The children’s developmental needs are our primary focus in planning the instructional activities for our curriculum. Lessons are interdisciplinary and are designed according to the theme of the month as the content is playfully integrated for the following subject areas:
Young Learners
Age Groups
Our young learners are divided into four separate groups in accordance to their entrance age – K3, K4, K5 and K6.
By providing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences, we aim to support the growth and success of each child in our care. Our teachers are trained to work with specific age groups, so they understand the unique needs and challenges that come with each developmental stage.
